Job summary

Fulton County Health Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our CCU/Med-Surg team. The RN will coordinate and evaluate nursing care for a defined set of acute care patients, ensuring adherence to hospital standards and policies.

This role involves supervising LPN and PCT staff on the patient care team. The position requires an Ohio RN license and emphasizes strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability to changing patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Experience in Med-Surg/CCU preferred; entry-level for Med-Surg.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Coordinate and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with standards.
• Perform professional nursing duties including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Supervise and support LPN and PCT staff on the patient care team.
• Exercise good judgment, innovation and discretion in patient care.
