Job summary

Allen Distribution is hiring for an Automated Case Selector in the Operations department. This full-time role operates 6:00pm–6:00am, Fri–Sun, with overtime as needed. The job requires safe use of power equipment for receiving/shipping and a focus on accurate inventory handling.

You will follow SOPs, maintain productivity, and participate in pre-shift meetings while ensuring safety and quality across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a material handling equipment license.
• Ability to use handheld RF Scan Device.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Food Safety & Quality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use of power equipment to safely handle product during receiving and/or shipping.
• Meet established productivity standards for the account.
• Follow SOPs and specific customer work instructions.
• Complete the Handling Hours tracking document daily.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and department meetings.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
