Job summary

Cheney Brothers is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the night shift to support order fulfillment in a multi-temperature warehouse. You will select cases, load pallets with an electric pallet jack, and ensure accurate, timely shipment of goods in a safe environment.

Shifts run Sunday through Friday with Saturdays off; start times are 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The role offers competitive pay and day-one benefits as part of a broader benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull product weighing 10-35 lbs. regularly and up to approximately 60-100 lbs. (location dependent)
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer)
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check
• Ability to become Electric Pallet Jack certified within the new-hire training period
• Ability to complete required training independently

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets.
• Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required.
• Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area.
• May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging.
