Clarendale of Addison is seeking a hospitality‑mocused LPN/RN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the care delivered by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Recent grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Assist with ADL and activities promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL and social activities.
• Identify changes in resident conditions and update care plans.
• Provide daily report to Health Services Director on conditions and supplies.
• Deliver nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate nursing with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
