Job summary

Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is seeking a Night Shift Caregiver to support elderly and vulnerable clients in the Knoxville area. You will assist with ADLs, meds, housekeeping, and meals while documenting activities for supervisors.

Shifts offered include full-time, part-time, and long shifts with daily pay options. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and a valid CNA or related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA license or equivalent caregiver experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families and supervisors.
• Familiarity with home care software and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs per client plan of care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, etc.).
• Provide medication assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep and transportation as needed.
• Report daily activity to supervisor via agency system and logs.
• Follow safety protocols and HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
