Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking afternoon/night-shift caregivers to support clients in their own homes across our community. You will provide non-medical care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep and reminders for medications, while building trusted relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-medical home care preferred.
• Strong communication with clients and families.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy in client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
