Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking afternoon/night-shift caregivers to provide compassionate non-medical support in clients’ homes across the community. You will help with companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders, while building trust with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience providing non-medical elderly care is preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and medication reminders.
• Strong communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
