Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking morning/day-shift caregivers to deliver high-quality non-medical home care to clients of all ages in the community.

You will provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while building trusting relationships with clients and families. Be punctual, flexible, and compassionate in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience providing non-medical home care is preferred.
• Ability to work morning/day shifts in clients' homes.
• Commitment to person-centered, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor safety.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Be punctual and reliably cover assigned shifts.

As a morning/day-shift caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
