SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking caring individuals to join our morning/day-shift caregiving team to provide high-quality home care for clients of all ages in the community.

You will support non-medical needs, such as companionship, light housekeeping, meals, and reminders, while building strong relationships with clients and their families. Flexible schedules and a supportive culture make this a rewarding role.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
