A community support organization in Virginia is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee operations of Community Living Homes during third shift. Responsibilities include staff training, supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and experience in residential programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or
• One (1) year experience in residential programs.
• One (1) year management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall operation of designated Community Living Home(s) during the third shift.
• Train new staff and provide remedial training as needed.
• Supervise and assist staff operations.
