Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for the night shift (11pm–7am) to support residents with personal care, daily living activities, and routines within our Florida community.

You will assist with housekeeping, laundry, and mobility while following care plans and safety protocols. A CNA/HHA or CPR/First Aid credentials are preferred; strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred CNA/HHA credential.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities according to care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks per established procedures.
• Respond to resident calls and assist during life enrichment programs as needed.
• Maintain infection control practices and communicate changes to supervisors.
