Job summary

Inspired Living in Ocoee, FL is seeking a Care Partner for overnight 11pm–7am to assist residents with daily living and meals while following service plans and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication with residents, families and medical staff, and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, PTO, holidays, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a caregiving role or similar function.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CNA or HHA preferred

Responsibilities

• Follows the services outlined in each resident's service plan in a friendly, respectful and supportive manner.
• Documents any observed change of condition in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Complies with the Continuous Quality Improvement Program and reports issues to the supervisor for correction.
• Follows all company policies and local, state, and federal rules for resident care and documentation (HIPAA, OSHA, Blood Borne Pathogen guidelines).
• Works safely with colleagues and reports unsafe actions to supervisors.
• Fosters teamwork and communicates resident needs between Care Partners.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
