Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Assistant for our North Port, FL community. This full-time night shift (11pm–7am) role provides medication reminders, administration support, and resident care to maintain safety and comfort.

You will document in our digital platform, coordinate with the wellness team, and ensure compliance with state guidelines. A CNA and medication certification are required, along with strong hospitality and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CNA certification and medication certification required.
• ESL competency related to medication administration.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred where required by state/organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent with related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and administer medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Order and receive medication; liaise with pharmacy when stock is low.
• Maintain resident records in digital platform including medications and incidents.
• Assist with resident care and respond to urgent requests.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents; communicate changes to health staff.
