Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Care Partner to assist with patient care and maintain unit environmental standards under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will contribute to efficient patient flow and support family communication in a busy hospital unit.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent, with possible RN program enrollment or a nursing assistant certificate. Expect night shifts, three 12-hour periods weekly, and a rotating schedule based on staffing needs.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Enrollment in an RN program with first semester completed and nursing fundamentals clinical.
• Certificate from Nursing Assistant/Aide Training Program within the past year.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with delivery of patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Help maintain unit environmental standards.
• Support day-to-day patient care delivery and patient flow.
• Communicate with patients and families as needed and educate where appropriate.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and unit environment.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
