Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN is seeking compassionate Care Partners (Nursing Assistants) to assist with patient care and support clinical procedures under licensed nurse supervision. Night shifts available; full-time, three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating schedules.

The role emphasizes bedside care, patient comfort, and teamwork; requires a High School Diploma or GED and either RN program enrollment, recent CNA training, or relevant experience. Hospital experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; enrollment in RN program acceptable with first semester completed.
• Nursing Assistant/Aide Training Program certificate within past year preferred.
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Care Partner, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with delivery of patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Support clinical procedures and bedside responsibilities including basic tasks and patient comfort.
• Facilitate communication with patients and families and maintain unit environmental standards.
