Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• BLS or ARC-BLS Basic Life Support or BLS-Instructor is required.
• CNA certification must be valid in GA upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in customer service by partnering with the health care team, patient and family.
• Maintain patient rights and dignity at all times, and protect confidentiality.
• Take vital signs and document, report any unusual findings to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures as assigned.
