BARBERTON is seeking a STNA to provide routine nursing care for residents during the 7pm-7am shift. You will perform essential duties, document patient information, and report changes to the supervising nurse. A valid CNA license is required by state laws and CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials, journals, procedures, or regulations.
• Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical situations.
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables and limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries on charts and flow sheets clearly and accurately.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily nursing care and personal needs.
• Keep resident rooms ready and interact warmly with residents and staff.
