Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per the resident's assessment and care plan.

• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any disclosures.
• Follow policies and procedures and work with team to meet resident needs.
