Providence Life Services’ Victorian Village in Homer Glen, IL, is seeking a part-time Night Shift Resident Aide (RA) to support residents in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting.

The role covers 10:30PM–6:30AM shifts, every-other weekend, and involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents, and reporting changes to nursing staff. Previous long-term care experience is a plus and applicants undergo standard background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Must pass physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprint for criminal background and reference check.
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist in toileting, bathing, and daily grooming of residents.
• Maintain a calm, pleasant living environment for residents.
• Report and document changes in medical condition to nurses on duty.
