Job summary

Paradise Village is seeking caregivers to assist residents with activities of daily living in memory care, following care plans with compassion and respect.

Part-time night shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, 8-hour shifts, rotating schedule. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision for full-time, 401k employer match, training, and growth opportunities. CPR/First Aid training available on hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Certification as CNA or HHA is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid—training available upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
• Follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership.
