Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Healthcare/clerical experience 1–3 years required.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently and in teams.
• Familiar with medical terminology and office equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/maintain patient records and reports for operations.
• Greet visitors and support unit communications.
• Use clinical systems (EPIC) to support patient care delivery.
• Screen calls, coordinate department communications, schedule shifts.
• Orient new administrative support staff and manage supplies.
• Enter patient charges and assist billing coordination.
• Maintain forms, equipment, and office functions.
