Atrium Health Navicent Navicent Health Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for a 40-hour night shift in the 5 Heart Tower, a 30-bed Cardiac Medical–Surgical Unit providing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures and post-procedure monitoring.

You will join a fast-paced, team-oriented unit with opportunities to develop skills in rhythm interpretation, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex cardiac care while advancing your professional growth in a renowned academic medical center.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• ACLS certification required/expected within 6 months of hire.
• Cardiac/critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
