Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or cannabis retail experience required.
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
• Working knowledge of cannabis products, POS systems, and customer service best practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (3+ hours) and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent license) if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per policy.
• Oversee daily dispensary floor operations and support staff.
• Verify allotments and guide patients through product selection.
• Mentor and train Budtenders; delegate tasks.
• Maintain clean, labeled, rotated, stocked displays.
• Address customer concerns and assist with de-escalation.
• Operate POS systems and assist with daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, compliant retail environment.
• Support management with team communication and scheduling.
