Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Production Operator to assemble cables, wires, and electrical components in Middletown, PA. The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience and comfort with hand tools, wire, and electrical parts.

Experience in wire cutting/stripping and crimping is strongly encouraged, with electrical testing and molding experience a plus. Candidates should read and follow detailed work instructions and work well in a team on the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in wire cutting and stripping preferred.
• Experience crimping wires and electrical terminals preferred.
• Experience with electrical testing is a strong plus.
• Experience with molding or cable molding is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be comfortable working 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Cut and strip wires and cables to specified lengths.
• Crimp wires using hand tools or crimping equipment.
• Prepare wires, cables, and components for assembly.
• Perform molding operations involving cable and electrical components.
• Conduct electrical testing to verify proper connections and quality.
• Assemble cable and wire components according to work instructions.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Meet production and quality goals.
• Follow instructions, drawings, and quality procedures.
• Identify and report quality issues or equipment problems.
