The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical assembly, control panels, wiring, and blueprint reading, using hand and power tools with precision. This role offers a 1st shift schedule, with good attendance and quality focus that supports team success.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical assembly, control panels, and wiring.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow exact instructions.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build electrical control boxes and enclosures from start to finish.
• Install electrical components, terminal blocks, wiring, connectors, hardware, and other components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Determine proper component placement and installation based on specifications.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and secure components.
• Cut and prepare mounting rails, hardware, and other materials as required.
• Route, position, and secure wires and electrical components within control boxes.
• Verify components and wiring are installed correctly and match the blueprint.
• Inspect completed control boxes for quality, accuracy, and proper assembly.
• Identify and report discrepancies, missing components, or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet established production and quality goals.
