Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Production Operator - Cable & Wire in Middletown, PA to support the preparation and assembly of cables, wires, and electrical components. Hands-on manufacturing experience with hand tools, wire, and cable is preferred.

The role involves cutting, stripping, crimping, molding, and testing of electrical components, following detailed work instructions and quality procedures. This is a Monday–Friday 1st shift position with standard daytime hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Experience cutting and stripping wire highly preferred.
  • Experience crimping wires and electrical terminals highly preferred.
  • Experience with electrical testing is a strong plus.
  • Experience with molding or cable molding is a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position focuses on the preparation and assembly of cables, wires, and electrical components. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on manufacturing experience and be comfortable working with hand tools, wire, cable, and electrical components.

Key Responsibilities
