Job summary

ISS Group is seeking a Cabin Cleaning Supervisor in Tampa, FL to oversee custodial staff across three shifts. You will assist the Janitorial Manager, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of cleaning tasks, and coordinate with the Facility Manager and District leadership.

Qualifications

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must have five years of janitorial experience in a facilities/maintenance firm.
At least one year of supervisory experience.
Must be able to provide background checks and security clearance.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direction and oversight of union custodial workforce at the assigned site.
Schedule employees and work to be performed according to site needs.
Direct special cleaning projects and inspect quality levels.
Maintain accurate timekeeping records and assist with payroll.
Communicate professionally with tenants, customers, and team members.
Ensure completion of janitorial tasks and maintain safety standards.
