Job summary

Community Hospital Corporation is seeking a Mid‑shift Maintenance Technician to perform duties ensuring the hospital facilities and equipment remain in good repair. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-6 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs HVAC controls and related equipment to maximize efficiency in controlled areas.
• Performs urgent and routine repairs on electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Maintains equipment and systems per schedule; records inspections and repairs.
• Reviews safety codes and tests building systems and equipment.
• Assists in replacing, installing, and testing electrical circuits and lighting systems.
• Keeps routine records of inspections and repairs.
• Performs manual tasks as needed.
• Works day, evening or night shifts as assigned.
• Has working knowledge of fire alarm and signal systems.
