Job summary

Sagchip is seeking a Building Maintenance Worker for a full-time, on-site role in Mount Pleasant, MI. The position features a 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM and a wage of $16.01 per hour.

You will perform a broad range of building repairs and maintenance across multiple facilities. Under supervision, you will ensure safe, properly functioning environments, repair various finish elements, and provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of building maintenance/technical experience.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Repair drywall, floor tile, carpet, paint, ceiling tile, handrails, molding and base.
• Repair partitions, countertops, flooring, office equipment, furniture, and paint.
• Perform basic roof repair and HVAC maintenance.
