Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Experience with apartment turns (make-ready units).
• Basic HVAC knowledge.
• Basic plumbing experience.
• Ability to perform general maintenance and repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Completing apartment turns (make-ready units).
• Performing general maintenance and repairs throughout the property.
• Oiling door knobs, locks, hinges, and gates as needed.
• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replacing carpet and wood flooring as needed.
• Installing and repairing electrical outlets, plugs, and light switches.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming common areas.
• Painting common areas and exterior surfaces.
• Collecting and disposing of trash in common areas.
• Monitoring maintenance inventory and requesting supplies as needed.
• Inspecting and maintaining fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits.
