Lignetics Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in White Pigeon, Michigan. This full-time role covers day and graveyard shifts (6p-4a and 6a-4p with OT).

Salary ranges from $29 to $33 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. The position requires mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• 1-5 years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
• Pneumatic and basic hydraulic knowledge preferred.
• Must understand and react to safety commands, alarms, and hazard alerts in English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning equipment and perform repairs.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as needed.
• Execute preventive maintenance and assist with outage planning.
• Follow safety protocols and report issues to supervisors.
