Job summary

You will monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety components to ensure safe, reliable operations. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience; universal CFC certification preferred; and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Licenses/certifications as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Maintain an energy management program and preventive maintenance plan.
• Assist with emergency repairs and safety compliance.
• Follow policies for safe storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design capabilities and client requirements.
