The role involves standing for long periods, rotating shifts including nights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Comprehensive training and store-wide benefits accompany the position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery products according to recipes (scaling).
• Follow daily prep lists and job assignments.
• Follow supervisor instructions and requests.
• Maintain clean, stocked coolers and shelves with proper rotation.
• Adhere to food safety, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
• Read and follow daily distribution sheets.
• Monitor transfers, waste, and spoilage; ensure correct product mix.
• Maintain documentation including pre op, HACCP, FSMA.
• Ensure safety of equipment and report issues to leadership.
• Attend required trainings and wear PPE; work scheduled shifts.
• Must be 18 years or older.
