Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Bread Production Team Member in Aurora, CO to work 6:00 pm - 2:10 am. You will collaborate with teammates to meet production goals while upholding strict standards for freshness, safety, and sanitation.

Responsibilities include preparing bakery products, following recipes and daily prep lists, maintaining stock rotation, and complying with HACCP/FSMA documentation. Position involves lifting up to 50 lbs and a rotating schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver information clearly to Team Members.
• Complete tasks thoroughly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery products according to recipes (scaling).
• Follow daily prep lists and job assignments.
• Follow supervisor and team leader instructions.
• Keep coolers and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Adhere to food safety, cleaning and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Read and follow daily distribution sheets.
• Monitor product transfers, waste and spoilage.
• Maintain documentation including HACCP/FSMA as required.
• Ensure safety of equipment and report issues to leadership.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Use knives and PPE properly and operate equipment safely.
• Arrive on time and work scheduled shifts.
