Job summary

Altium Packaging in York, PA is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET and injection molding equipment in a fast-paced production environment. You will troubleshoot process issues, perform basic maintenance, and help ensure product quality and GMP compliance.

This role requires basic math and computer skills, blow mold experience, and the ability to follow safety policies. Training will be provided within 90 days of hire, and overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow GMP and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document production reports, rejects, and line efficiencies.
• Assist with quality checks, container labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment repairs as needed.
