Job summary

Blood Bank of Delmarva is seeking a Hospital Services Coordinator/Logistics Driver in Newark, DE. You will deliver blood products to hospital partners, manage packing and labeling, and ensure timely, compliant transportation across the Delmarva region.

This is a night shift role with a full benefits package. You will work with hospital staff, coordinate orders, manage inventory, and support central receiving at Christiana Donor Center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 2 years of fulfillment, driving, and delivery with face-to-face customer interaction.
• Knowledge of the Delmarva region.
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Packs blood and blood components following guidelines and regulations.
• Monitors hospital orders via web-based inventory system.
• Assists with inventory management to ensure shelf life and minimize outdating.
• Coordinates delivery of blood products, samples and supplies to hospitals.
• Performs deliveries and driver assignments using OnFleet.
• Handles central receiving of unprocessed blood and supplies.
• Delivers blood products and paperwork to depots and customer locations.
• Packs and returns blood products safely and compliantly.
• Maintains compliant handling and timely delivery of products.
