Job summary

Pharmavite is hiring for a Night Shift Blending Operator in Alabama. You will check ingredients, manage batch records, operate blending equipment and forklift transport, ensuring accurate weights and compliance with procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs are essential.

Role involves handling dry powders, MES usage, QA documentation, and maintaining clean, safe blending areas. Overtime and shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• At least 1 year related production experience preferred; blending operation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull raw materials from warehouse for stage product accountability.
• Blend ingredients following batch records and weigh to ensure correct weight/volume.
• Use MES to stage, charge and yield products.
• Make entries on batch records, labels and log books with accuracy.
• Ensure cleanliness of blending equipment and room per standards and SOPs.
• Operate V-shell Blender and Flexsift for dry powder materials.
• Use oscillator/comminutor to grind product to appropriate particle size.
• Test particle size and moisture to ensure product quality.
• Maintain written records per FDA and Pharmavite procedures.
