Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pull raw materials from warehouse for stage product accountability.
• Blends ingredients following batch records and discharges into super sacks (up to 1,000 kilos); weighs to ensure correct weight/volume.
• Apply MES to Stage, Charge and Yield products and maintain batch records and logs.
• Clean blending equipment and room to required standards using tools and cleansing agents.
• Operate V-shell Blender and Flexsift for dry powder materials; prepare solutions and trays for drying.
• Use oscillator/comminutor to granulate and size product; test particle size and moisture levels.
