Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Manufacturing Technician onsite at our West Lebanon, NH bioproduction facility. You will join the team handling upstream cell culture for API production, collaborating with engineers, scientists, and QA to optimize processes.

Training is provided; shift-based schedule starts with a bootcamp and transitions to night shifts. The role emphasizes teamwork, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to change.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP operations preferable.
• Ability to understand and execute established written instructions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture product and support manufacturing activities.
• Complete routine documentation for product manufacture.
• Support in-process activities and product development as directed by supervisor.
• Incorporate pre-planned process improvements and cost-reduction programs.
• Perform area equipment and process validations per procedures.
• Conduct in-process product testing according to standard procedures.
• Support manufacturing activities in other departments as instructed by supervisor.
• Adhere to healthcare laws, regulations and industry codes; work ethically and compliantly.
• Work in cleanroom environments with required PPE and GMP requirements.
