Job summary

Catalent, Inc. seeks a Biomanufacturing Supervisor for Central Services in an on-site Madison, WI facility.

You will supervise staging, preparation, and GMP-compliant production activities supporting multiple biomanufacturing streams, including mRNA work, while ensuring document control and continuous improvement. You will review batch records, author technical documents, and lead investigations, coaching 5–15 direct reports and coordinating with QA and operations to meet production timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a scientific/engineering/biomanufacturing field, or the equivalent experience.
• Experience with cGMP and regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–15 in staging, powder weighing, and solution preparation for upstream, downstream, and mRNA biomanufacturing.
• Perform and oversee cGMP manufacturing activities and ensure SOP compliance.
