Job summary

Lakeside Book Company in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking Material Handlers to move finished books from production lines into boxes and prepare them for shipment. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and offers full training, with a 12-hour night shift (6pm–6am), Monday–Tuesday–Wednesday and alternating Thursdays.

Starting rate is $18.19 per hour (base $17.00 + 7% shift differential). We value teamwork, safety, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and follow

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift.
• Ability to read and interpret written work which indicates the number and sequence of machine operations required to complete the work and maintain dimensional accuracy in accordance with instructions provided
