Sheridan Ohio, part of the Sheridan Group, is hiring an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the night shift (7p–7a). You will be trained to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to a fast-paced production line.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or related industries.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
