Job summary

RRD is seeking a boundery operator for a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) at our facility in Chanhassen, MN. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday. Night shift includes a $2/hr differential.

You will set up and operate bindery machines (cutters, folders, collators, perfect binders), supervise crew, monitor quality and productivity, read work orders, maintain accuracy, and ensure safe operation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating multiple bindery machines.
• Ability to read work orders and follow specifications.
• Ensure safety compliance and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew through all aspects of production.
• Monitor quality, output and productivity.
• Coordinate multiple work stations and adjust machines.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy per instructions.
