Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Night Site Supervisor in Santa Clara, CA to safely coordinate program activities with company and temporary staff. The role includes inspecting areas, equipment, and conditions to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance.

The ideal candidate will train and supervise employees, manage reports, and monitor safety procedures. A High School diploma or GED is required, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor work activities within the program.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks and safety.
• Write reports such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
• Inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions for safety and sanitation.
• Track equipment and supplies inventory.
• Ensure safety compliance and use of PPE.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action.
