Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
• Experience supervising janitorial staff or facility maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure cleaning tasks meet client cleanliness and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections for quality control and address deficiencies.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Respond to urgent cleaning requests and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain OSHA, health, and safety compliance.
• Communicate with facility management regarding cleaning needs and improvements.
