4M Building Solutions in San Antonio, TX seeks an Account Supervisor (Bilingual) for part-time work to support client accounts across the region. You will supervise janitorial staff, schedule tasks, and ensure quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned accounts throughout San Antonio, Seguin, Laredo, and Corpus Christi.
• Supervise, schedule, and support janitorial staff to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assign work orders (WOs), delegate tasks, and prioritize urgent requests.
• Inspect completed work and maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities.
• Recruit, train, coach, and support new and current employees, including managing work hours and performance documentation.
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and text messages.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
