Qualifications

• 2-5 years of management experience in custodial, facilities, or service environments.
• Strong technical proficiency with email, mobile apps, and software systems.

• Willingness to travel between accounts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 45 employees across multiple facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure staff are punctual, trained, and equipped to perform duties.
• Maintain awareness of each building’s layout and operational needs.
• Serve as the face of ABM for clients and employees during the evening shift.
• Respond promptly to client requests and coordinate work orders.
• Foster accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Manage payroll and scheduling for union staff.
• Utilize email, mobile apps, and software systems to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with union codes and ABM standards.
