Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Night Lead to supervise nightly facilities operations, delegating tasks and guiding staff to meet safety and cleanliness standards. The role fosters clear communication between field teams and management while ensuring adherence to policy in a high-demand environment.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and is bilingual in English/Spanish. Night shift runs 4pm-12:30am, Monday through Friday, at the Minden, NV site.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management and document client communications.
• Assist with daily and weekly scheduling of work.
• Oversee cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged or out-of-service items.
• Support additional service requests in the building.
• Ensure quality of work and obtain sign-off from Area Manager.
