Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living.
• Provides or assists with direct patient care and therapeutic interventions as assigned by the RN.
• Observes and records patient behavior and activities; reports changes in condition and suggests adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Establishes a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients.
• Participates in therapeutic groups and maintains the milieu.
• Monitors safety, including rounds and environmental checks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
