Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE in Oklahoma City is seeking a caregiver to provide direct behavioral health patient care under RN supervision. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring safety, and recording patient observations while contributing to therapeutic group sessions and milieu maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in behavioral health or related field, or equivalent experience.
• BLS HCP certification required; active professional license/certifications.
• Ability to provide direct patient care and monitor safety in a healthcare setting.

Licenses and Certifications

Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) – American Heart Association (AHA). Must hold required professional license and/or certifications. Work location: Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin.

Work Hours and Shift

Night shift (7 pm – 7 am), full time, 36 hours per week.
